Therapy at Progress Point is designed for people who want more than surface-level coping strategies. Our licensed clinicians work with you to understand underlying patterns, process unresolved experiences, and treat mental health concerns that impact your daily life. This includes trauma-informed care and evidence-based modalities such as EMDR, when appropriate.
